Communication - sharing of ideas and information.

Four factor of effective communication are:

1. The source - sender / communicator - where the information came from.
2. The receiver - person who get the information.
3. Message - content of the information - should be in form that the receiver can understand
4. The Channel - ways of the message is transmitted.
